Péter is a developer on the XC team. He was the original creator of the XC OAI Toolkit, which is used for importing MARC data from an ILS and is now taking a lead role in the Drupal Toolkit development and support.
Péter received a Diploma in History and Textual Studies from the University of Miskolc, Hungary. He has worked in the Metropolitan Archives of Budapest, the Manuscript Collection of the National Széchényi Library and has been working in his own company. During the past 10 years he has been providing technological solutions for historical science projects. He is happy to report his greatest success to be that his company created a better search engine for Project Gutenberg than either Google or Yahoo!
